New in 2008 Christine Baranski stars in the popular stewardess-themed farce at the Longacre.

This 1960's farce about a bachelor who tries to juggle his romances with three stewardesses is, by all accounts, light escapist fun of the highest order. Mark Rylance, an accomplished classical actor from London, repeats his star turn here that played to rave reviews across the pond. There's not much plot to relate (synopsis here) - doors slam, stewardesses flounce and pout, and Christine Baranski plays the much put-upon chambermaid.
If you're looking for an easygoing evening in a beautifully restored theatre, from the generally positive reactions of the tri-state press (with a few exceptions - see Critics Ratings, below), this would seem to be a very good pick.
