The comic timing of the actors, under Steven Yuhasz’s direction, isn’t quite so good, which makes for a somewhat clunky two hours. Still, “Flamingo Court,” by Luigi Creatore, knows its prime audience — the AARP crowd — and plays to it shamelessly and skillfully.
