Your Question:
How do I buy tickets? To see performance schedules and pricing options, select a category from the menu on the left to narrow your options, or choose a show from the "Find your event" drop-down menu on the top right. Once on the show page, click the link to purchase tickets to see the performance calendar. Performance times in blue are available at full price, in red are discounted, in purple are premium tickets, and in black are unavailable.

Where are the seats? Your seats will be the best available - the same seats you would get by going to the box office. Our Ticket Team knows the venues very well and follows strict seating guidelines. For top-priced seats to a Broadway show, our general guideline is the best 75% of the Orchestra and Front Mezzanine, so you will not be in the extreme rear or side of the venue. We don't purchase partial view locations and we only purchase adjacent seats, so your party will NOT be separated.

How do I get my tickets? Delivery options vary based on the event and performance date. In general, tickets for events which are more than 10 business days away can be sent by standard mail, and tickets for events within 10 business days will be held at the venue's box office. Some events offer a print-at-home option via pdf. to your e-mail, and some also offer UPS/FedEx delivery options. Generally, tickets for international users will be held at the box office.

Is there a dress code? There is no dress code for theatre. You will see people at the theatre in suits and cocktail dresses, but you will also see jeans and t-shirts (and even shorts and flip-flops in the summer). For a comfortable evening, we suggest business casual attire.
