Running since: October, 2007 The new musical comedy from Mel Brooks based on his popular film. Closes 1/4/2009

In the glitziest entertainment to grace Gotham since Liberace dined alone, Mel Brooks and director/choreographer Susan Stroman have assembled a bright, star-spangled and shamelessly expensive adaptation of his classic horror sendup in one of Broadway's largest houses, just a stone's throw from Times Square.
Choosing the right Broadway show for your group can be a difficult task - it's not exactly a one-size-fits-all proposition, and every show in town spends millions attempting to convince you that their show is be-all-and-end-all, perfect for anyone who can cadge the price of admission. That said, if you're looking for a big, new, broadly appealing musical, this is still a very good pick.
