The original stars of this production, Kelli O'Hara and Paulo Szot, will return on August 10th and play the final 2 weeks of the run.

This is one of the gold-standard Broadway musicals of the last century in its first Broadway revival, staged by one of the city's leading art theatres, winning rave reviews in the tri-state press - an excellent purchase for those looking for the classic Broadway experience. The anguished goings-on and rapturous arias would certainly bore the tykes, but for adults looking for a lavish staging of a classic show, this is a great choice.

Plot: Deep in the Pacific theater of WWII, a nurse falls for a local planter, but recoils when she discovers that he had once been married to an island native. A serviceman is faced with a similar decision when mulling happiness with an innocent 'Tonkinese' girl.
