David Mamet's drama about desperate salesmen comes to Broadway starring Alan Alda and Tony-winner Liev Schrieber.
Closing Date of the 2005 Broadway Revival: 8/28/2005
This is an amazing ****ing play. The cast, as brilliant a bunch of sonofa****’s as you could hope to dredge up, kicks the **** of out of Mamet’s expletive-laden drama, and then proceeds to **** the ******* out of it. Alan ****ing Alda, Liev Schreiber, Jeffrey Tambor, Fred Weller and ****ing Gordon Clapp. Un-be-****ing-lievable.
Translating for any eavesdropping British folks leisurely perusing the listings over a light second breakfast: this excellent drama follows the stormy travails of a second-tier real-estate agency. The agency’s representatives attempt to lure their unsuspecting clients into investments of a questionable nature. Generally considered one of the finest American dramas of the last forty years, it is currently receiving a top-tier production in the heart of the theatre district.
Book now, ********.
