What's the Signature Theatre? Signature is a highly-regarded Off-Broadway theatre which, for more than 15 years, has focused each season on the work of a single playwright....past seasons have featured the work of Edward Albee, Lanford Wilson, August Wilson, etc. The plays are produced in the organization's sleek 160-seat venue (sponsored by and named after the anti-virus visionary, Peter Norton) on the far west side of 42nd Street, and tickets (highly subsidized by the company's Signature Ticket Initiative) are only $20.
